It's a little embarrassing to look at the dates on this blog and realize that my last post was in 2011. Good lord, can that be right? No excuses, I just got busy and a bit lazy. But I'm back and I'll try to keep more current.
An increasing percentage of my tech support involves working with Seniors. I'm getting a better idea of the challenges they face using all the new gadgets and gizmos on the market today. So for the next few posts I'm going to focus on the things I see with my older clients that cause them the most frustration. Perhaps it will help them and their families/support teams to avoid the most common pitfalls of an increasingly online world.
