About Me:

I became interested in personal computers as soon as they were on the market. I owned one of the first "portable" computers, in 1983. It weighed almost 30 pounds and could do little more than word processing.

In the early '90s I was one of the first telecommuters. I used my personal computer at home to connect with hospital databases in my work as a Medical Records Consultant .

I have used computers over the years in both a professional capacity and as a hobby. I get as much satisfaction from solving a problem at work as I do from designing a web site for my son's baseball team.

I am currently the Chief Technology Officer (come to think of it, the only technology officer) for my husband's company, MTG Advisors, a business consulting firm.
